01What if the internet goes down during service?
Nothing stops. RibhIT works fully without internet: the till, receipts, the kitchen and the waiters' phones, linked over your venue's Wi-Fi.
02Do I need to buy phones for my waiters?
No. Waiters use the RibhIT Pocket app on an Android phone, or simply their phone's browser. They connect to the till by scanning a QR code.
03Is my data safe?
Your sales stay with you, on the till, not on a server abroad. RibhIT makes automatic backups and can copy them to a USB stick or a second drive.
04Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes. RibhIT is in French, Arabic and English, and each person picks their language. Product names can be entered in all three.
05Does it fit my kind of venue?
RibhIT suits cafés, restaurants, fast-food and tea rooms: with or without tables, counter or table service, meal deals, sizes and sauces, products sold by weight, even games charged by time (consoles, billiards).
